MANAGEMENT POLICY
ETS Equipamentos, active in the rental of machinery and equipment throughout the national territory, seeks to comply with current legislation, regulatory requirements, its customers’ requirements and other applicable requirements, with the aim of achieving the quality of its services and processes, environment protection and the health/safety of its workers.
ETS maintains a management system based on the following commitments:
1 – Satisfy customer needs
Identifying and meeting agreed technical and commercial requirements. Providing solid services and rentals.
2 – Preserve the Environment
Reducing environmental impacts, mainly those associated with the generation of waste and handling/storage of hazardous products and waste. Preventing environmental degradation and pollution.
3 – Control Occupational Risks
Mainly managing the dangers and risks involving electricity services, working at heights, noise, dust, use of machines and tools, seeking to avoid accidents, injuries and occupational illnesses.
4 –Develop Workers’ Competence
Maintain workers’ skills in order to meet the technical and operational needs of the processes and activities and the commitment to sustainable development and to the achievement of safe work.
5 –Seek continuous improvement
Improving the effectiveness of the process management system and the quality of services through monitoring of performance indicators.
