The Fleet is new with an average age of 5 years. This is due to the policy of constant fleet renewal. Ensure new equipment for the customers means provide high levels of availability, operational reliability and a substantial reduction in the risk of accidents.
The equipment is equipped with the latest cutting-edge technologies.
Telescopic cranes are equipped with sensors and safety systems that block and prevent accidents.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
ETS – Engenharia, Tecnologia e Serviços Ltda. has a policy of protecting the health and safety of its collaborators, as well of the community in which it operates, based on the following basic principles:
- Promote the protection of the life and health of its collaborators, keeping a healthy and safe working environment, providing everyone, including family members, with a quality Health Plan (UNIMED);
- Promote collaborator involvement in the occupational safety and in a healthy lifestyle, through several safety actions, including the Safety Dialogue with the participation of all collaborators;
- Anticipate, identify, eliminate and control all potential risks to the physical integrity and health of the collaborators and visitors who are in our work environment;
- Prevent harmful effects on the environment, always acting in accordance with current Brazilian laws, certify that material disposals will be carried out by specialized and duly certified companies. Ensure that sanitary sewage is processed in the own treatment plant. Ensure that the oil generated when washing vehicles is collected by specialized companies;
- Comply with and enforce all legislation regarding occupational health and safety;
- Train and guide all collaborators in the aspects of Health, Safety and Environment.

In order to provide greater safety for its customers, ETS always maintains insurance policies appropriate to cover possible losses resulting from operational failures. The coverage of which is:

TRAINING
PRINCIPLES
ETS Equipamentos works based on 3 important factors, which qualify and enable its team. They are: Training, Specialization and Recycling.
The training aims to provide the professional with an ideal degree of capacity and pass on all the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for good performance in customer service.
Specialization: ensure that the professional has specific knowledge or practice within an area of work to optimize results.
Recycling: Review concepts, knowledge or work practices, renewing or updating them according to the needs of the company or client.
TRAINING POLICY
ETS – Engenharia, Tecnologia e Serviços Ltda. aims to make working conditions safe for all collaborators. For this, the POLICY is based on the principle that preventing accidents is everyone’s responsibility, regardless the position in the company.
- Carry out specific and function-based training throughout the year;
- Manage training for new employees;
- Inform the collaborators about the risks they may be exposed to while doing their work;
- Make collaborators aware of the available means of protection.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY
ETS – Engenharia, Tecnologia e Serviços Ltda. is committed to act responsibly, valuing people. In this context, it offers the collaborators, service providers and customers a safe, productive and healthy environment, paying attention to any acts that put people’s lives and the company at risk. The objective of this policy is to guide and engage employees and service providers regarding the prevention of the abusive use of alcohol and drugs without a medical prescription.
