EQUIPMENT GENERAL INFORMATION
The implement truck is a type of vehicle widely used in undertakings that require large volumes of supply, lubrication and mechanical maintenance of equipment fleets.
Its main role is to supply fuel to the fleet. However the trucks are equipped with several resources, accessories and technologies that guarantee the field team versatility and support in preventive and corrective maintenance and equipment lubrication.
This type of vehicle can perform tasks in the field with agility and especially security, since its construction and resources are developed in order to meet the technical and regulatory aspects of the market, guaranteeing performance and mainly operational safety.
MAIN APPLICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT
This truck rental is recommended for industries, mining, civil works, roads, plants, ports, airports and all types of construction/work where there is a lot of equipment.
Its tank can be equipped with different fuel and lubricant transport capacities, as the tanks can be built in different sizes and capacities. Currently, ETS has these trucks from 2,000 to 6,000 liters of diesel. In addition to the fuel tank, it has several compartments, resources and tools, which will be detailed below:
- Practicality: The customer receives the equipment in working condition, without worries about any adequacies and adjustments, as the ETS fleet is complete and meets all the requirements demanded by the market.
- Operational and Regulatory Safety: The client can count on equipment that meets the standards and procedures required by current legislation and the highest standard of technological resources, ensuring the safety of the driver and the work site. Our entire fleet has up-to-date licenses to transport inputs. Vehicles undergo periodic inspections by INMETRO (National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology) to release CIV (Vehicle Inspection Certificate) and CIPP (Inspection Certificate for the Transport of Dangerous Products). Implements such as compressors, valves and other components are tested and approved by accredited companies and competent agencies, with the issuance of technical reports required by the regulation. The entire fleet is equipped with superior upper guardrails and sailor ladders, which meet standards, ensuring greater peace of mind in operations.

- AIR CONDITIONING AND MASTER KEY
The entire ETS fleet is equipped with standard air conditioning, which guarantees the driver greater comfort during the workday. We understand that equipment that contains an ergonomic structure provides workers and our customers with greater productivity.
Our fleet is already equipped with the master key device, which allows greater safety in emergency and preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- GIMBAL AND MECHANICAL ROOM PROTECTION
These trucks have special protection for moving and rotating parts in accordance with Brazilian requirements and regulation.
- SET OF SIDE CABINETS
All ETS vehicles have 100% closed compartments (Cabinets), which are used to store materials, inputs, drums, reservoirs and tools. All with lock and locked by keys.
- SUPPLY SET
The support fleet has a supply set with retractable hoses (reel type) and a mechanical liter meter, which allows the customer to supply and control the consumption and averages of its fleet of vehicles.
- COMPRESSED AIR
These trucks are equipped with an air compressor, which enables several actions and daily tasks, such as: Lubrication, tire calibration, use of oils, water jets, filter blow system, among other resources.
- PRESSURIZED RESERVOIRS
All reservoirs are pressurized, which guarantees the customer greater convenience and agility in using different types of oils in the truck. The implement also has triggers and retractable supply hoses and their respective gauges, which are specific for each lubricant line/circuit.
- WATER
Some implement trucks have a reservoir and water pump for small cleaning. This accessory helps with the cleaning and with the supporting of small tasks in the field.
- USED OIL
The implement trucks have a used oil reservoir that can later be disposed of in an ecological way.
- BOTTON LOADING
Some implement trucks have the botton loading feature, which allows the fuel tank to be filled through an entry at the bottom, ensuring greater speed and operational safety.
